Tamás Gender Junior returns to Valencia

Tamás Gender Junior returns to Valencia for the European Championship, where he raced in the opening round of the Champions of the Future at the weekend. The speed was good, and only a little luck was needed for the young sports talent of the HMA Academy's youth training system to reach the OKJ Finals. Nearly 200 athletes from more than 40 nations from 5 continents competed at the race track in Spain. The Hungarian go-kart driver started with new tires, developed by MAXXIS TIRES, in the OKJ category, where more than 100 go-karts competed for a good result. He completed the qualifying in the TOP10 in his group and finished the first three qualifying races with good results. He had a good pace, fought very hard battles, and finished the qualifying races with one TOP10 and two TOP15 results, which was a promising sign for the Pre-finals. Starting from the 10th row of Group B, he successfully stood his ground in the strong field of the semi-finals at the Kartodromo International Lucas Guerrero race track, where he will return next weekend in the first round of the European Championship, as an experienced competitor who already knows the race track. The Hungarian Motorsport Academy youth training system was created and is operated by HUMDA Hungarian Mobility Development Agency Zrt., a member of the Széchenyi University Group.
