Many people dream of becoming a racing driver from childhood.
Because it's cool. Because everyone cheers for you. Because standing on the podium is a special feeling. For me, however, it wasn't a victory or a trophy that started this journey.
Since I was a child, I grew up at racing circuits. That was the environment where I truly felt at home. Even back then, I was fascinated by the incredible harmony in which a team works. The way the mechanics can make a car race-ready again within just a few minutes, the way the engineers analyze every tiny detail, and the way the driver fights until the very end—not only for himself, but for the entire team.
That was where I learned that motorsport is so much more than fast laps and spectacular overtakes. It is a sport where every small detail matters, and where every result is built on the coordinated work of countless people. Somewhere along the way, I realized that one day I wanted to be part of this world myself.
Of course, the road to get there is far from as simple as it looks from the outside. The time spent on track is only one part of the work. Training, physical preparation, mental work, data analysis, and continuous learning are just as important. In this sport, there are no days off. Every single day is an opportunity to become a little faster, more aware, and better than the day before.
From the very beginning, we consciously chose the more difficult path. We have always believed that the strongest fields offer the greatest opportunity to improve. That is why we never looked for the easier victories, but instead sought the challenges that would make me a better racing driver in the long run.
Thanks to this journey, today, at just 16 years old and in my rookie season, I have the opportunity to compete in one of the strongest Formula 4 championships. I race against drivers, many of whom have been working towards the same goal for years as I have: to improve, to prove themselves, to win races, and one day reach the highest level possible.
The past few months have taught us a great deal. There have been difficult weekends, technical problems, and situations where the circumstances were far from ideal. Yet after every single race, we returned home a little stronger and with more experience.
That is why it means so much that, as a rookie, we are already able to fight for points, reach the finals, and compete with drivers who are backed by Formula 1 academies. These are the moments that confirm we are on the right path.
I am proud of what we have built together so far, but what motivates me even more is knowing that this is only the beginning. Every step forward is built on an enormous amount of hard work, perseverance, and sacrifice.
The second half of the season is only just beginning, and honestly, I have never felt more ready.
Now it's time for a little recharge, and then it's back to the track.
