The last race of the 2023 season, the last round of the WSK Final Cup, started well for me. I was fast throughout the free practice sessions in Franciacorta and I won the last one. In the qualifying things didn't go well, I couldn't get a fast and clean lap, but in all of the heats I improved a lot of places compared to my starting position - 5 places in first, 8 in the second, 5 in the third and 13 in the fourth. I worked my way into the Prefinal, I had a chance to make it to the Final. In the Prefinal, after a very hard start and a well-managed first lap, I was already several positions ahead, but I tried to overtake on the outside in one of the fast corners. Then the cold tarmac caused my kart to lose grip and for me the race was over. The season is over, but I am now motivated to prepare for the 2024 season. I won't be bored in the winter either, as I'm consciously preparing myself with tests, mentally and physically in the coming weeks, because the next racing season will start for me in January.
