The 2024 FIA Go-kart European Championship has started for Tamás Gender Junior, in which a total of 200 competitors from 48 countries will compete this week. In the competition held in Valencia, at the Kartodromo Internacional Lucas Guerrero racetrack, 109 people will start in the OK Junior category in the field of young people representing the top of international go-karting. The track will host an FIA go-kart race for the second time after its successful debut in 2023. The 1,428-meter-long track allows for a fast pace and numerous overtaking opportunities for interesting and tough racing situations, providing a challenging and exciting go-karting experience. The young sports talent of the HMA Academy's youth training system is motivated and prepared for the competition at the opening race of the European Championship, where the track demands precise steering from the competitors and appropriate go-kart settings from the technical experts of the teams to reach maximum speed. Forza Racing's young talent will compete in Valencia with the most talented 12-14-year-old go-kart drivers from all over the world. For Tamás Gender Junior the weekend is also an important stage in his career because the opening round will be followed by four more competitions in France, Slovakia, Sweden and finally in Great Britain. The Hungarian Motorsport Academy youth training system was created and is operated by HUMDA Hungarian Mobility Development Agency Zrt., a member of the Széchenyi University Group.
