Only two races were held in Italy in 2024 so far, and Tamás Gender Junior has proved that he is among the best go-kart drivers in the world by reaching the finals twice. The racing season started very well for the Hungarian go-kart driver, since after the WSK Champions Cup he also reached the finals in the first round of WSK Super Master Series in Lonato. This weekend at SOUTH GARDA KARTING, he finished in P8 in the OK-Junior category, just two tenths of a second behind the leader in his group during the qualifying, in which 83 competitors took part. He managed to move up 20 places in the semi-finals, so he made it to the top 36 contestants in the finals. - I worked hard all weekend to achieve the best possible result with my team, Forza Racing - said Tamás Gender Junior after the final, where he gave one of the best performances of his sports career so far, overtaking his opponents round after round, and finally improved 14 positions and he finished the final in the TOP 20, in P19, which is a promising sign for the rest of the racing season.
